Description
- The player stands facing the cones.
- Standing still, the player should move the ball around the cones in a figure of eight shape.
- Go in both directions.
Progression Introduce a competition by pairing players up. Each player has one minute to do as many figures of eight as possible around the cones. The non-active player should count how many times.
