DESCRIPTION

20 - 25 minutes per drill.

Top drill front foot drill, between cones, restictions are above the material on the net your out and outside the cones your out. keep rotating.

progression make the target smaller, ball must bounce before hitting the net.

Pull shot, same restrictions as front foot drive. same progression.

Both drills will have fielders as well. both drills using tennis balls, as they are more bouncy so players will need to concentrate when playing shots.
