Yes, this is an advertising campaign for a well known feminine hygiene product but it does raise an interesting point that is worthy of debate regarding the level of female participation and representation in sport.
This video is all the more relevant in light of the recent changes made by the FA, raising the age at which boys and girls can play football in the same team (raised from U15 to U16) - the fourth increase in as many seasons - a move that has also provoked a lot of debate.
