Good morning to all of you. I have a question about what practice skills you can learn gr1 to gr3 in netball, so that they can still practice it a home with their parents and still enjoy netball. Also some drills for them. I have run out of ideas. Regards Dawnita
piggy in the middle (make sure the ball is thrown flat not lobbed over their head), catch and pivot line (can play with as few as 2 but 3 or more is better, hopschotch or skipping is awesome for foot work, zigzag cone relay, bounce and catch, bounce clap catch, bounce spin catch, throw in air catch, throw in air clap catch.... bouncing ball against a wall, run and catch ball with a 2 foot landing, do the same but to the sided, mirror defence., dodge ball using a yogo ball rolling on the ground.
