i have 10 girls on a team. i need help with a game roster, so its as fair.
if you hae a look through older questions there are lots of answers to this one. for me i tend to break up the team into shooters, defenders and center court players with it being a 3 3 4 situation and rotate within those positions. means that the center court players get more court time so it depends on the age of your team and the need for stability and continuity vs fair court time. so its up to you what is more important.

I have some players on court for a full game and others for a half game one week, then rotate this for the following week. This gives everyone a chance to have a full game and share the load.
