how get in to rythem before bowling,,, only some times i get it rite....
I will attempt to answer this question without all the full details of your difficulty.
1) Make sure you start from the same spot every time you commence your run.
2) Run in a straight line in your approach to the wicket.
3) Maybe try slowing your run down.
4) I am imagining that the problem is probably at the delivery stride. Without a run up, try putting your back foot on the bowling crease while doing the action slowly and then moving the front foot on to the popping crease. Do this until it starts to feel comfortable. Then you should try it with a small run up of a few steps and eventually go to your full run.
Good luck.
without knowing what sort of bowler you are this is a difficult question to answer. if ur a fast bowler to determine how long ur run up should be,it should be once you have reached to speed. i.e start to run and build up speed as fast as possible, once you think you are at ur fasted speed thats the length of your run up.hope this makes sense. you will find your rythem will come automaticaaly if ur run up is right
