    An exercise for the hamstrings

Coaching Points

    Adjust the weight accordinglyAdjust the leg rest so that the rest is sitting just above your achilles tendon Keep your lower back flush to the bench at all times Activate your core musclesPush the rest down using the muscles in the back of your legs control the rest on the return part of the exercise
