    An exercise for the quadricep muscles

Coaching Points

    Adjust the weight accordinglyensure yor lower back stays flush to the benchAdjust the leg rest so that the rest sits on your lower shin above your footKeep your core muscles activated throughout the movement Extend the legs making sure you do not lock out your kneesControl the down pahse of the exercise
