    Only attempt this exercise once you have mastered the two legged hamstring curlLie on your back with your arms to the side for supportraise your hips until yuor hips and back are in a straight linedo this by contracting your core abdominal and lower back musclestake one leg off the ball and curl the ball towards youkeep your back and hips in a straight line throughout
