Volleyball: Receive From Zone 6 and Spike

DESCRIPTION

The player at the back of the court overhand passes the ball to a setter who sets it back to zone 6. The player receives the ball and plays it back to the setter with an overhand pass before receiving the ball in zone 4 to spike.

COACHING POINTS

This is a good drill to use as players as involved in both receiving and spiking the ball, similar to in a game situation, enhancing their co-ordination.
