When played correctly Backhand Cross-Court can be devastating to your opponent. Even if they manage to move quickly and return this shot they'll have been drawn out of position which will leave the court open for your player to smash a crushing forehand, out of reach into the far corner!
What's in the Session?
To develop your players powerful backhand cross-court stroke this session is divided into three sections:
Coach led backhand drills, a cross-court rallying exercises and finally two conditioned games.
