Description

In groups of 4 or 5. Number the players from 1 - 4 with one tagger. On the signal the players move around and pass the ball to each other in the same sequence e.g. 1 passes to 2, 2 passes to 3 etc.

The tagger tries to tag the players with the ball. Change over after every 30 - 60 seconds.

Coaching Points

Ensure you are ready for the pass.

Show you are ready to receive a pass by placing your hands up.

Receivers must move around as the defender knows who the ball is going to next.
