Description

Players work in groups of 4, with one ball per group.

In threes players are moving up a channel. The support runner (blue player) calls themselves into the line, receives a pass, offloads and repeats down the second channel.

Change support player after each run.

Coaching Points

Change the width to cultivate the different types of pass.

All players must listen to the support runner.

Support Runner:

Identify which space you are going to run into and let your team mates know.

Communicate!

Explode into the line to take the pass at pace and then slow down to to deliver pass back to your team mates.
