Speed play - Collect, Turn and Throw!

To help your players practice chasing down the ball this session works on running after rolling balls, picking it up cleanly and the turn and throw!

The turn and throw is a single complex movement which can save your fielding players valuable seconds and help to get batting players out.

What's in the Session?

To increase the speed of your fielders this session progresses through a series of catching and collecting drills. The penultimate drill Roll out Race will see your players pushing themselves and working on their fielding technique before finishing with a full pitch game!
