Ready for stick and ball? Pre-Season conditioning session
This week we're bringing you the forth and final instalment of your Pre-Season conditioning program before we start with your stick and ball sessions.
We hope that you've enjoyed using the Sportplan conditioning sessions, seeing real results with your players' fitness levels through giving structure to your pre-season fitness preparations.
In this final full-length fitness session we work on a little bit of everything - Strength, Cardio, Speed and Agility. So go on, dig deep and push hard with this final session to get all your players' systems working!
We're not going to drop the fitness though, from next week in addition to your regular Sportplan session you can look forward to Sportplan's bite-size fitness sessions! At only half an hour long they're ideal for using with your players before you get to work on their stick work.
