COACHING POINTS

From straddle sit:

Hands grasp legs behind knees (maintain this shape throughout skill).

Pull knee to ear (e.g. R knee to R ear) to initiate rolling action.

Roll sideways across back and shoulders.

End in straddle sit facing in the opposite direction from start.

Maintain body tension and straight legs in a pike straddle throughout.
