Off the Ball Movement and Patterns of Play
Movement, on and off the ball, will help your players to lose their marker and to operate like a well-oiled machine when in possession, developing a smooth flowing passing style of play! To get everyone moving off the ball and meeting passes (to reduce interceptions) we begin with a pairs passing warm up, working on changing pace and timing your runs. Following this we this have a passing fitness exercise (it is still pre-season) before rewarding your players with two fun conditioned games, practising moving in groups.
