The aim of this session is to banish the bad habit of ball watching from your team, as we get everyone moving and looking to create passing opportunities, running to support the player on the ball, moving into space and timing their runs so that they arrive just as the ball does...

Oil can

Movement, on and off the ball, will help your players to lose their marker and to operate like a well-oiled machine when in possession, developing a smooth flowing passing style of play!

To get everyone moving off the ball and meeting passes (to reduce interceptions) we begin with a pairs passing warm up, working on changing pace and timing your runs. Following this we this have a passing fitness exercise (it is still pre-season) before rewarding your players with two fun conditioned games, practising moving in groups.

Try this session today to get all the players on your team moving and improving their pass game!
